Injury Watch/Effects:

  • John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins, Ben McLemore are out today against the Trailblazers, this solidifies Christian Wood, James Hardin, and Sterling Brown as cash game locks. This also pushes the likes of PJ Tucker and Danuel House into the 30 minute range of play and makes Bruno Caboclo an intresting GPP play.

  • Kevin Porter JR., Matthew Dellavedova are out today against Detriot, this means more minutes for Isaac Okoro and higher usage rates for Larry Nance Jr. and Cedi Osman.

  • Russell Westbrook may be resting today against the Magic, with Rui Hachimura already out indefently this will be a familuar scene for usage monster Bradley Beal, and makes Deni Avdija a decent play in my opinion. The absence of westbrook will also hurt Thomas Bryants numbers.

  • Cody Zeller is out today against the thunder and Bismack Biyombo will be starting in his place.iyombo

  • Obi Toppin, Immanuel Quickley, Austin Rivers are all out today against the 76ers, this will resut in a tighter rotation and more minutes and usage for Julius Randle and RJ Barrett, this also makes Alec Burks a good GPP play as he shined his last game.

General Slate Thoughts:

  • With Houston having to call fans out ot the stands if they have any more players miss it will be essential to have a minimum of 3 Rockets in your cash lineups and I think 4-5 where will be most of the field goes in cash.

  • The Thunder and the Spurs peak my intrest when it comes to GPP's: Keldon Johnson, SGA, Bazley, Hill, Murray are all great plays in my opinion.

  • With so many games being blowouts already this year I think it will be a trend that we have to keep an eye on, look for second unit players in games with huge spreads and be more proactive on fading high priced chalk players in potential blowouts.
